• Weekly S&OP: run demand/capacity what-ifs, tune safety-stock policy, publish a constrained plan.

• How to use (3 quick steps)

1) S&OP workbook → Open SOP_Workbook.xlsx → go to Params and try:

• Demand Uplift % (e.g., 5%)
• Capacity Change % (e.g., −3%)
• Safety Stock (days) (e.g., 15) Review S&OP sheet charts: Adjusted Demand vs Constrained Plan and Projected Inventory vs Safety Stock.

2) Ops KPI dashboard → Open Ops_KPI_Dashboard.xlsx → sheet Orders holds mock order lines.

• KPIs auto-calc on KPIs (OTD, OTIF, Pick/Pack TAT, Fill Rate)
• Summary shows monthly OTD% by DC with a built-in chart.

3) What-if demo → Change a few promised/ship dates or shipped_qty in Orders and watch OTD/OTIF and the Summary chart update.
